MHP FULL WARRANTY DISCLOSURE LIMITED WARRANTY Warranty coverage begins on the original date of purchase, for the original purchaser only (warranty is not transferable) confirmed by completed grill registration (by card or online) and bill of sale. Proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty. Any component that proves defective within the warranty period will if returned to the factory freight prepaid, be repaired or replaced free of charge*. Warranties shall not apply, nor will MHP assume responsibility for damages that might result from failure to follow MHP’s instructions, local codes, or when the grill has been tampered with or altered in any way MHP shall not be liable for any transportation charges, labor costs, or export duties. This Limited Warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of parts, which prove defective under normal use and service and which upon examination, shall indicate, to MHP’s satisfaction, they are defective. Warranty is for parts only. There is no warranty for labor. Before returning any parts, contact the MHP Customer Service Department. If MHP confirms the defect and approves the claim, MHP will elect to replace such parts without charge. If you are required to return defective parts, transportation charges must be prepaid by the purchaser. MHP will return parts to the purchaser, freight or postage prepaid. This Limited Warranty does not cover failures or operating difficulties due to accident, acts of God, abuse, misuse, alteration, misapplication, vandalism, improper installation or improper maintenance or service, or failure to perform normal and routine maintenance, including but not limited to damage caused by insects within the burner tubes, as set out in the owner’s manual. Discoloration due to exposure of chemicals either directly or in the atmosphere such as chlorine, fertilizers, lawn pesticides, and salt can affect the Stainless Steel components and for this reason, does not fall under the warranty terms. Deterioration or damage due to severe weather conditions such as hail, excessive humidity, hurricanes, earthquakes, tornadoes, or other acts of God is not covered by this Limited Warranty. Discoloration of Stainless Steel including but not exclusive to surface rust is normal and is not covered by this Warranty. Therefore the discoloration, surface rust or rust are not covered unless there is a loss of structural integrity or rust through. ALL WARRANTIES are null & void if grills are put into commercial or community use such as by hotels, condominium associations, apartment committees, etc. * MHP may, in lieu of returning the product, request photos depicting damaged parts.
