Each Regency fireplace is backed by the most comprehensive warranty program in the industry. Effective September 1, 2016, Regency has updated its Limited and Limited Lifetime Warranty in North America for the following categories: Regency Gas Products Regency Wood Products Regency Pellet Products Regency Outdoor Products The new warranty policy has been updated with a new layout, including a chart to better indicate warranty coverages. In order to better serve our customers there have also been some warranty changes. Our new warranty for each category can be found below, and is also included in the manual for each respective Regency unit, which may be found under Customer Care > Manuals. This new warranty applies to any current Regency product purchased on or after September 1, 2016, and supersedes all pre-existing limited lifetime warranties on previous manufactured Regency products. For any consumers who purchased a Regency unit prior to September 1, 2016 under a previous Regency warranty, Regency will honor any warranty coverage in the previous warranty that may have been reduced under the new warranty.
